That's the question you're likely asking if you're reading this. The short answer is that your old Geography Matters account is no longer accessible. But don't worryyou will still have access to your digital purchases.

Let us briefly explain.

As you can see, we've redesigned our website. In addition to looking differently, the new site also operates on a new platform, the technology of which differs significantly from the previous versions. Apart from the new design, the system operates more efficiently, more reliably, and more securely than before. However, as with many enhancements come a few tradeoffs. In this case, the major tradeoff was that customer accounts could not be transferred seamlessly into the new system. That's why you can't log in to your account.

Having said that, we do still have your records on file and will gladly provide you will access to your digital purchases. (Responses will be made during our normal business hours.) Below are the steps to take.

If you have your purchase invoice email, simply forward it to us. We will then send you an email with the link and log-in information to download your digital items.
If you can't find your invoice, send us an email with the following information (or as much of it as you know):
  • Your name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Physical billing address
  • Telephone number
  • Digital product(s) you need to download
Then you'll receive an email with the link and log-in information to download your digital items.
