Shipping Delays Are Occurring

Due to high order volume, COVID-19 issues, and United States Postal Service delays, shipping times may be slower than normal (perhaps by an additional two weeks or more). Also, some USPS packages in particular are experiencing delays out of our control, after we ship them. If your package has seemingly stopped moving through the USPS system, we ask you to please be patient. We have no additional information other than what is provided using the USPS tracking number you were provided when the package shipped. You may see the status on the tracking page as "In Transit, Arriving Late." These packages are not lost, they are simply being temporarily delayed inside their system. After several days, the packages generally show movement again and are delivered.

Shipping Details

Orders with all items in stock are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However, during our busiest months (July through September) you can expect delays of up to two weeks. Shipping days are Monday-Thursday.

Orders that include items out of stock (rarely) will be held until item is stocked and then shipped complete. This may add 1 week to 10 days. If you need your order quicker, let us know so we can send the order in 2 shipments. The second package with the back order may be shipped media mail in order to keep our shipping costs close to what we collected from you.

Shipping Cost/Options

Our website shopping cart determines how much shipping to add according to the approximate weight of your order and the ship to zip code. If you want to know the shipping charge for your order, place the desired item(s) in the shopping cart, then proceed with the checkout process. Before your payment information is required you will be shown the shipping cost options. You can submit or cancel the order at that time.

You can select from several shipping methods, and we make every effort to accommodate your choice. Please note that we may ship via UPS if we feel your order would be better shipped that method. If we do so we will pay any difference that our decision may have added to the cost to ship your package.

Delivery Times
Packages are shipped Monday-Thursdays only. If you order on Thursday night, your order will not leave our warehouse until Monday or Tuesday. Once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control over when it is delivered.

2nd or 3rd Day Option
If you choose 2 day or 3 day priority shipping, that is the time the postal service is estimating it will take them to deliver your package once they receive it from us. Please consider that there can be several days between when we receive your order and when your package is processed at the postal service. Please also note: we do not ship on Fridays.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund of shipping costs if your package does not arrive in two or three days. Please recognize outside factors, such as weather conditions, may affect shipping schedule. Once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control over when it is delivered.

Damaged Packages
